These beautiful scarves were woven by Dain Daller. They are woven with silk yarn that we got on our recent trip to India. They are dyed with all natural dyes, including Cota, Quebracho, Iron, Osage Orange, and Indigo. There is warp ikat throughout. The teal is the over dye of the indigo, which he did with a woven shibori technique, dyed after they were woven. These scarves are extremely soft. But with any silk, they still have some body. They could also make a great wall hanging. This new silk we are using is some of the most delicate in our weavings.
They measure approximately 18" x 70"
They are listed as ONE, TWO, AND THREE corresponding to the last photograph.
Hand wash, cold.
