Some friends of ours commissioned a baby blanket for their sister who was expecting. They sent pictures containing this wild color palette, which Dain then dyed into the ikat warp and the supplementary silk inlay. This warp produced the baby blanket (which was a hit with everyone involved) and also produced a series of shawls. Generously sized, soft, sumptuous.
